Listing vendors must have a written agreement with a farmer's market in their location to list their products on this platform. By using our website, you represent and warrant without limitation that you have read, understand and agree to the terms of this agreement.
Farmed Harvest reserves the right to make any necessary changes to its terms and conditions at any point in time without notice. If you use our website after we have posted a change to the terms and conditions, then you have agreed to the new terms and conditions that are present by the most recent version of your terms and conditions.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or sell or use the website of Farmed Harvest. When entering the website you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and you have knowledge and experience to make an informed decision when buying or selling to Farmed Harvest. By entering our website you acknowledge that you are the individual making all of your own decisions when purchasing or selling to Farmed Harvest.
Documentation: Farmed Harvest reserves the right to request additional documentation for certain credit card orders or any other orders. Farmed Harvest expressly reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at its sole discretion, regardless of the payment method and price confirmation.
Pricing: All prices quoted on our website are in U.S. Dollars. While we work hard to ensure that all of our inventory and prices are current, discrepancies may occur at times due to product availability and changing market conditions, as well as typographical errors.
We strive hard to assure the accuracy and information of the products and pricing that we provide on our site. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that those errors do occur, Farmed Harvest reserves the right to cancel that order. Farmed Harvest shall have the right at its sole discretion to cancel or refuse any orders placed on any item. Payment Method Options: We accept numerous forms of payment methods. Please make sure to read and follow all the terms of your payment method of choice to ensure that all orders are handled accordingly.
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards are all accepted forms of payment on non precious metals related items. We do not accept credit/debit cards as a form of payment for precious metals items. We do not electronically store credit card information, for security reasons. Please be mindful that all credit card orders must have the same billing and shipping address to successfully place an order.
Paypal: We provide PayPal or WePay for most transactions. In-store pickups are not permitted when buying with PayPal on PioneerCollectibles.com
Checks: Personal, bank, cashier’s check and wire transfers can delay shipment up to 2-4 weeks until payment has fully cleared. We require 2 forms of ID including at least a drivers license or passport.
